La marque Arrow apparaît dans le Bottin du cycle 1967.
«L’usine de la marque Arrow était, elle, située rue Brossolette. Le plus célèbre coureur qui portait ses couleurs (blanc et rouge), Joseph Morvan, dit « Job », a participé à six Tours de France. Ces marques quimpéroises étaient des pépinières de champions. Mais il leur était difficile de lutter financièrement avec les grandes marques nationales. Les plus talentueux des jeunes coureurs poursuivaient souvent leur carrière chez d’autres fabricants », conclut Christian Le Goff. Ainsi Job Morvan débuta chez Arrow mais passa ensuite dans l’équipe Saint-Raphaël-Geminiani », in Ouest France du 07/04/2015.
