Emile Carrara (1925-1992), a été professionnel de 1946 à 1959, surtout pistard, vainqueur des Six jours de Paris.
Il a couru sous sa propre marque fondée en 1948, portant des maillots blancs avec des bandes vertes. Il était surnommé Milo les belles jambes. Il n’est pas certain qu’il ait été constructeur, mais plutôt vélociste.
